§ 153.093 STREET SIGNS.
   (A)   Street identification signs shall be provided by the subdivider and installed at all street intersections within the subdivision. The signs and posts shall conform to the following standards or be of a design approved by the Plan Commission after appropriate consideration of future maintenance.
      (1)   (a)   Each sign shall be of a metal double blade design, be six inches by 20 inches in size, and be green reflectorized with white gothic letters.
         (b)   The street name shall be on both sides. Any other applicable standards of the County Highway Department for signs and signposts shall also be met.
      (2)   All signs shall be located within the street right-of-way, but no closer than six feet from the edge of the traveled portion of the street.
   (B)   This section does not apply to minor subdivisions.
