§ 153.092 CURBS AND GUTTERS.
   Concrete curbs and gutter are required for all streets where sidewalks are required by this chapter. The curb and gutter shall be constructed according to the following specifications.
   (A)   The base for the curb and gutter shall be well-compacted on the existing base or grade.
   (B)   All gutters and curbs shall be constructed in accordance with the Standard Specifications of the Indiana State Highway Commission.
