§ 153.042 ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS AND DEDICATIONS.
   Upon completion of construction whether before or after secondary approval, the subdivider may file a written request to the Board of County Commissioners for acceptance of all public improvements and other land dedications.
   (A)   A request for acceptance of public improvements and dedications shall contain the certification required by §§ 153.041 and 153.038 and the as-built plans required by § 153.039.
   (B)   The Board of County Commissioners shall refer a request for acceptance of public improvements and dedications to the Administrator who shall make a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners based upon Department Rules and the County Engineer’s report.
   (C)   (1)   After receiving the recommendation of the Administrator, the Board of County Commissioners shall decide whether to accept the improvements and dedications. Any refusal to accept the improvements and dedications shall be accompanied by findings as to the reasons.
      (2)   The Board of County Commissioners shall not accept the improvements until it has received the maintenance bond required in § 153.040.
