(A) Based upon the information provided at the advisory meeting, the Administrator shall classify all subdivisions into one of three categories, or combinations of categories, in accordance with this chapter and shall advise the subdivider of the applicable review procedure.
(B) These categories are as follows:
(1) Exempt divisions (as defined);
(2) Minor subdivisions (as defined); and
(3) Major subdivisions (as defined).
