§ 153.013 SUBDIVISIONS CROSSING MUNICIPAL OR COUNTY BOUNDARIES.
   (A)   Lots which straddle municipal or county boundaries should be avoided wherever practical. If a subdivision is located in more than one jurisdiction, approvals from all plan commissions in affected jurisdictions shall be required.
   (B)   If access to a subdivision is required across land in another jurisdiction, the subdivider shall provide evidence that the access is legally established, and the access shall be permitted only if the County Engineer finds that the access road is adequately improved, or a performance guarantee has been duly executed to assure the construction of the access road.
