§ 153.012 RECORDATION PROHIBITION.
   (A)   Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-710 , a plat of a subdivision may not be filed with the County Auditor, and the County Recorder may not record it, unless it has been granted secondary approval and signed and certified by the Subdivision Administrator. The filing and recording of the plat is without legal effect unless approved by the Plan Commission or Plat Committee.
   (B)   The County Auditor shall not accept a deed for property to be entered for taxation unless the property complies with the requirements of this chapter. Any split that is not considered a subdivision by this ordinance must receive a sign-off from the Subdivision Administrator.
   (C)   The County Auditor and County Recorder may not accept or record such a split without an attached sign-off from the Subdivision Administrator.
