(A) Words used in a special sense in this chapter are defined in § 153.015.
(B) This chapter shall apply to all unincorporated land within the county except for those land areas under the jurisdiction of a city or town plan commission as defined by description or maps in the County Recorder’s office; provided there is a subdivision control ordinance for those land areas in effect and enforced by the city or town plan commission.
