§ 151.54 INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   The County Board of Health, its agent, or the County Health Officer, or his or her agent, shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for purposes of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, and testing necessary to ensure compliance with an OSS permit or to verify a written and signed environmental complaint filed with the County Board of Health.
   (B)   The owner or agent shall request an inspection by the County Health Department at least two working days before any portion of the OSS is covered, as required in 410 I.A.C. 6-8.3-53 and 410 I.A.C. 6-8.3-54.
   (C)   The OSS construction shall comply with the requirements of 410 I.A.C. 6-8.2-1 et seq., the Technical Specification, all provisions of this subchapter, all other local ordinances, and the OSS permit, as required in 410 I.A.C. 6-8.3-53 and 410 I.A.C. 6-8.3-54.
   (D)   The County Health Department may inspect all commercial OSS installations, as permitted in 410 I.A.C. 6-8.3-53 and 410 I.A.C. 6-8.3-54.
   (E)   The permit shall be signed in-compliance prior to the utilization of the OSS.
   (F)   Persons violating this section may be subject to § 151.57.
