§ 95.05 ORDINANCE ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.
   The following shall be authorized enforcement agents in the enforcement of this chapter within the limits of the county: the County Solid Waste District; the County Health Department; and area law enforcement officials serving the county. Additionally, the City of Logansport and the County Conservancy District are also authorized agents within their respective boundaries.
