(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In relation to § 90.08(C), if bodily injury results, said citizen shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and, if death results, shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or for life.
