SCHEDULE I. PROHIBITED PARKING.
   (A)   Parking prohibited at 35 By-Pass and County Road 125W between County Road 200S and 250S, in the vicinity of Tyson Foods.
      (1)   In any instance that the County Police Department finds any vehicle parked on county right- of-way at Wilson’s entrance off 35 By-Pass, the County Sheriff’s Department has authority to remove the vehicle by towing with cost of towing to be paid by the owner.
      (2)   Any motorized vehicle parked in the posted “no parking zone” shall be removed. The vehicle owner shall be responsible for any towing cost of removing the vehicle.
   (B)   County bridge restrictions. There shall be established a “no parking zone” on any county-owned bridge structure. A BRIDGE is defined as any bridge or culvert over 20 feet in span. Any motorized vehicle parked in the “no parking zone” shall be removed. The vehicle owner shall be responsible for any towing cost of removing the vehicle.
   (C)   Parking prohibited on Cleveland Street.
      (1)   There shall be established a “no parking zone” on the east side of the 40 foot right-of-way of Cleveland Street from the intersection of the Royal Center Pike and Cleveland Street to a point 160 feet north of the intersection.
      (2)   Signs identifying this area as a “no parking zone” shall be placed on the east side of Cleveland Street.
      (3)   Any motorized vehicle parked in the “no parking zone” shall be removed. The owner of the vehicle shall be responsible for the cost of towing the vehicle.
