§ 51.15 MONTHLY FEE FOR E911 SERVICE.
   A monthly fee of $3 per telephone access line or other exchange access facility will be collected by the service supplier to pay the lease, purchase, or maintenance of enhanced emergency telephone equipment, including necessary computer hardware, software, and data base provisioning; and the rates associated with the service suppliers’ enhanced emergency telephone system network services.
