(A) The permit fee, payable to the County Treasurer, is $10,000 per year for a refuse disposal facility permit, and $15,000 per year for a special waste disposal permit; the annual fee is subject to change during the term of the permit.
(B) The fees may be paid on a prorated basis if payment covers a period of less than one year.
(C) However, the county reserves the right to waive permit fees for publicly-owned and operated facilities.
