(A) Application for a local permit must be made on forms provided by the County Health Officer. The applicant shall be required to file a duplicate of the application required under 329 I.A.C. 10 with the County Health Officer. Local operating permits shall be coterminous with the licensee’s state operating permit.
(B) However, owners and operators of sanitary landfills and solid waste land disposal facilities located in the county which have state operating permits on the effective date of the ordinance codified herein will be presumed to be in compliance with the terms of this subchapter, and will be issued a local permit by the County Health Officer upon payment of annual fee.
