(A) Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, any sanitary landfill or solid waste land disposal facility located in the county shall be operated in compliance with the technical criteria and regulatory scheme set out in the state’s Solid Waste Management regulations, found in 329 I.A.C. 10, which is hereby incorporated by reference pursuant to I.C. 36-1-5-4
.
(B) References to “the Commissioner” in the state regulations shall be amended to read “the County Health Officer” in this subchapter.
