§ 52.42 CONSTRUCTION AND CONTROL STANDARDS; GENERAL LIABILITY.
   (A)   The city shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the water distribution system.
   (B)   Property owners shall be responsible for all installation, maintenance and repair of any system facilities between the meter or turn off valve and points of delivery.
