§ 52.23 EMERGENCY CLAUSE.

(A) In as much as this subchapter is necessary for the immediate preservation of health, peace and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this subchapter shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.

(B) This subchapter shall become effective on May 24, 2006.
