§ 52.16 PLUMBING CODE.
   As a condition of water service, customers shall install, maintain and operate their piping and plumbing systems in accordance with the State Specialty Plumbing Code, as amended. If there is a conflict between this subchapter and the Plumbing Code, the more restrictive provision shall apply.
