All backflow prevention assembly installations shall follow the requirements set forth in O.A.R. 33-061-0070 and 333-061-0071, as amended. The type of backflow prevention assembly required shall be commensurate with the degree of hazard that exists and must, at all times, meet the standards of the DHS; all backflow prevention assemblies required under this section shall be of a type and model approved by the DHS.
