§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of § 51.06 shall be guilty of disorderly conduct and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,250, or by imprisonment for not more than 100 days, or both.
   (B)   Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter, except § 51.06, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not to exceed $500 per day, or imprisonment of not to exceed ten days, or both.
