(A) Any property within the city which is a chronic nuisance property is subject to the remedies prescribed in this chapter.
(B) Any person in charge in violation of this chapter shall be subject to the remedies prescribed in this chapter.
(C) The following actions constitute a violation of this chapter:
(1) Failing to submit a CNAP as required by the City Administrator;
(2) Failing to resubmit a CNAP as required by the City Administrator under § 133.03(B);
(3) Failing to implement the CNAP in accordance with the timeline and terms set forth within the plan as required by § 133.03; or
(4) A report of an additional nuisance activity at the property after service of the notice described in § 133.02.
(D) A violation of division (C) of this section constitutes a violation, punishable by a fine of up to $500. Every day in which the violation exists constitutes a separate violation.
