§ 150.087 APPEALS.
   (A)   Decisions of the Commission are appealable to the City Council. Decisions of the City Council are appealable to the Land Use Board of Appeals.
   (B)   Procedures for appeals to the City Council shall be the same as those for appeals of Planning Commission decisions.
