(A) When a newly developing property is subject to a planning fee reimbursement agreement, the city’s costs to establish new addresses are reimbursable under the terms of that agreement.
(B) The city will not be responsible for any costs to a private party for coming into compliance with this subchapter including any costs for changing printed materials or informing other parties of the address change.
