§ 132.04 ISSUANCE OF EXCLUSION NOTICES.
   The City Law Enforcement Officer and/or designees are the persons in charge of the public streets, sidewalks and public ways in the drug-free zones, for purposes of issuing exclusion notices in accordance with this chapter.
