§ 131.37 PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR FOR OTHER VEHICLES.

No person under the age of 16 shall operate or ride any motorized or non-motorized vehicle, which is not licensed to travel on public highways or roadways, without wearing protective headgear. Additional vehicles requiring protective headgear shall include, but not be limited to, snowmobiles, ATVs, motorized scooters and off-road motorcycles.
