§ 131.36 AUTHORIZATION TO ENFORCE.

The City Council hereby authorizes the City Administrator or his or her designee, including the Ordinance Enforcement Officer to cite persons violating this subchapter into the Municipal Court for the city. Citations may be directed to parents, legal guardians or persons with legal responsibility for the safety and welfare of the child, as provided in O.R.S. Chapter 814.
