§ 131.21 PARENTAL DUTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian or person having the custody or control of a child under the age of 18 years to allow said child, with whom they hold such relationship, to violate any part of this subchapter and the violation of said subchapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor.
