The definitions contained in Oregon Criminal Code of 1971, being O.R.S. Chs. 161 through 169, as now or hereafter constituted, are adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter. Except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning, the general definitions and the definitions appearing in the definitional and other sections of particular articles of the Code shall be applicable throughout this chapter.
