§ 114.01 SOCIAL GAME PERMITTED.
   Social games as defined in O.R.S. 167.117 are hereby prohibited in the city, except in private homes and by charitable organizations under the terms and conditions as set forth in O.R.S. 167.117 and 167.121 as they now read or may hereinafter be amended.
