§ 113.99 PENALTY.

(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(B) Criminal. Any person found guilty of violating § 113.07 shall be subject to a fine of $100 and ten days in jail for each such violation.

(C) Civil. Any person who violates § 113.07 shall be liable to the city for any damage, direct or indirect, which occurs as a result of, or incidental of, said violation of § 113.07.
