§ 111.09 APPEALS.
   (A)   Any decision of the City Administrator may be appealed by the applicant, to the City Council by filing a letter of intent to appeal to the city, within 15 days of the City Administrator’s decision.
   (B)   All appeals shall be set for public hearing at a regular City Council meeting within 30 days of the filing of the appeal. The City Council may either affirm, modify or reverse the decision of the City Administrator.
