§ 111.08 FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH PERMIT CONDITIONS.
   Failure to comply with permit conditions will result in:
   (A)   A written statement issued by the City Administrator informing of an unsatisfactory condition and specifying the corrective action to be taken within a definite time limit; and
   (B)   If corrective action is not completed by the owner/operator/trucker within a specified time to prevent or reverse the damage potentially caused by an unsatisfactory condition, the transportation permit shall be revoked. The city may then complete the corrective action and the costs shall be paid by the permit holder along with all fines. All fines and costs must be paid before the transportation permit will be reinstated.
