§ 111.05 PERMIT PROCESS.
   An applicant can obtain an application from the city. The completed application, together with all applicable exhibits including a completed State Department of Forestry permit, shall be submitted with the permit fee for review by the City Administrator, 15 days prior to beginning the harvest and transportation of timber.
