§ 111.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMERCIAL TIMBER HARVEST. Any timber harvesting that comes under the authority of the Oregon Forest Practices Act, being O.R.S. 527.610 to 527.785, as defined therein.
   OREGON FOREST PRACTICES ACT. Minimum standards for timber resources protection set by the state for public and private lands in the state.
