A violation of any provision of this chapter is a Class A infraction and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $500. Each day’s violation of a provision of this chapter constitutes a separate offense, for which a separate penalty may be imposed. Upon any violation, the City Administrator, or a designee of the City Administrator, may order the transient merchant’s activity to cease, and upon receipt of written notice, the activity shall immediately cease.
