§ 96.03 ENCROACHMENT PERMIT PROCESS ESTABLISHED.

No person shall place an object in or above a public right-of-way without obtaining an encroachment permit. Such permits shall be issued by the City Administrator. The form of the application and permit will be established by the City Administrator.
