§ 32.01 ADOPTION OF STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL’S MODEL PUBLIC CONTRACT RULES.
   (A)   Adoption of Model Public Contract Rules. The 1990 version of the Oregon Attorney General’s Model Public Contract Rules are hereby adopted as the public contracting rules for the city.
   (B)   City Council as Public Contract Review Board. The City Council shall function as the Public Contract Review Board. The duties of this Board are prescribed in the 1990 version of the Oregon Attorney General’s Model Public Contract Rules.
