§ 92.03 INOPERABLE VEHICLES.
   (A)   Prohibited action. Storage of a discarded or inoperable vehicle on private property in the city is prohibited unless the vehicle is completely enclosed by a building or stored by a lawfully conducted business dealing in junked vehicles.
   (B)   Vehicles stored for restoration. An inoperable vehicle of a collectable nature, intended for restoration or to be used for restoration purposes, may be stored on private property if it is closed up as much as possible, i.e., hood, trunk, doors and windows are closed, and it is stored behind site obscuring screening, such as vegetation or other earth-tone privacy fence constructed of wood, concrete, masonry or other material which blends in with surroundings. SIGHT OBSCURING means that the vehicle would not be visible from the public right-of-way or the adjoining property.
