(A) Upon written application, under the Public Records Law, being O.R.S. Ch. 192, accompanied by the fee as set by resolution, the Fire Marshal may furnish photocopies of fire incident reports, non-confidential fire investigation reports, fire prevention inspection reports and other Fire Department related information.
(B) Nothing in this section shall be construed as applying to any city, county, state or federal agency or subdivision thereof, or any nationally recognized nonprofit agency engaged in the suppression or prevention of fire, which shall make a request for fire safety, cause or loss information.
