In addition to the provisions of this chapter, and as a supplement thereto, in order to regulate those conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion that are not specifically addressed by this chapter, the city hereby adopts, with the exceptions noted below, the Oregon Fire Code, including Appendices and state amendments, is hereinafter referred to as the “Fire Code.”
