§ 91.011 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Fire Marshal, with the approval of the Fire Chief, is authorized to make and enforce such rules, regulations and policies for the prevention and control of fires and fire hazards, as may be necessary to carry out the intent of this chapter.
