(A) The City Administrator or his or her designee is authorized to issue a temporary occupancy permit for up to two weeks, allowing an individual(s) to occupy and sleep in a mobile home, recreational vehicle or camper temporarily parked in the yard, driveway or upon the property of a residence, in which the individual has access to sanitation and kitchen facilities.
(B) No more than two temporary occupancy permits within a 12-month period may be issued by the City Administrator for the temporary occupancy on property to the same real property owner.
