§ 74.15 BICYCLE EQUIPMENT.

A bicycle operated upon the streets shall be equipped as required by state law. In addition, a bicycle shall be equipped with a brake capable of sliding at least one tire when applied on dry, level, clean pavement. No bicycle shall be equipped with a siren or whistle.
