§ 73.07 ACTION BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
   Whenever a law enforcement officer finds a motor vehicle unattended with the ignition key in the vehicle in violation of § 73.06, the law enforcement officer is authorized to remove the key from vehicle and deliver the key to the City Administrator.
