§ 70.45 SCHEDULE OF PARKING FINES.

   (A)   The initial schedule of fines for certain violations of the provisions of this title shall be as follows:

 

Violation	Fine
Illegal parking in a designated handicap space	$450
Parking in violation of § 71.01	$20
Parking in violation of § 73.05	$25
Parking in violation of §§ 73.01(A) or (B)	$15
All other parking violations	$25

 

   (B)   Fines for violation of this title may be set or amended by resolution of the City Council.
