§ 70.34 AUTHORITY OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AND EMERGENCY CREW OFFICERS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of a law enforcement officers, or any other city official designated by the City Administrator, to enforce the provisions of this title.
   (B)   In the event of a fire or other public emergency, law enforcement officers and emergency service crew members may direct traffic as conditions require, notwithstanding the provisions of this title.
