§ 70.33 STANDARDS.

   The regulations of the City Administrator shall be based upon:

   (A)   Traffic engineering principles and traffic investigations;

   (B)   Standards, limitations and rules promulgated by the State Highway Commission; and

   (C)   Other recognized traffic-control standards.
