§ 56.10 EFFECTIVE DATE AND DISSOLUTION.
   TThis chapter shall be in full force and effect from and after January 1, 2019 according to law. Carver County may dissolve the subsurface sewer treatment system and well loan program by passing an ordinance complying with the provisions of M.S. § 115.57.
