(A) All commercial manure pumpers and applicators must be registered with the MDA and follow Minn. Rules Chapter 7020.2225, as amended, in order to conduct business within the county.
(B) Registration must be in conformance with county and state regulations.
(C) The following conditions shall apply to manure application:
(1) Liquid manure must be injected or incorporated within 24 hours of application;
(2) Pumpers and applicators shall comply with the conditions of this chapter and the feedlot owner’s permit.
