This chapter is adopted pursuant to the authorization contained in M.S. Chapter 342 and M.S. § 152.0263, subd. 5, as it may be amended from time to time, that allows county boards to limit the use of cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, or hemp-derived consumer products in a public place.
